For context, Sena is taken from the anime until I'm able to read the light novels. She defaults to season 1, but that may change depending on the meme or the person tagging her.

HISTORY
Please note that anything marked with a ** is headcanon. I will use this sparingly and only when canon lacks details. Weaknesses are combined with Abilities for those looking to get a leg up.
Honestly, the wiki seems to give a near beat-by-beat breakdown so while I normally like including my own summaries here, I'll link to the wiki for this one. Episode 0 should be treated more like an OVA and shouldn't be considered to happen before Episode 1. The 'Next' Episodes are just Season 2. Without further ado the link to the wiki episodes is here. The link for her page is here.
MEDICAL
Sena is in perfect health with no canon issues.
PERSONALITY
As a note, Haganai is meant to be a comedy, and, in my opinion, there are times in which the characters will act outside of what seems to be their core personality traits for a joke. I know most stories will have an OOC moment or two if given enough time, but it happens often enough within this particular story that it's important to keep in mind. In particular, while Season 1 does have its inconsistencies, Season 2 really leans into the 'isn't it funny how stupid the girls are' territory. An example: we see Sena reapplying her makeup, choosing outfits when shopping, and spending a night away from her house during Season 1. During Season 2, they've decided she literally can't dress herself and relies on her stewardess. In cases of contradiction, I try to choose the trait that seems more consistent. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.
Sena is introduced as a largely selfish girl whose ego encompasses everything around her.
This isn't entirely untrue, and she's shown to have a myriad of flaws with her ego being the most glaring. Aware of her own beauty, her complex is compounded by her ability in school and sports. If only she had a better personality, some might have even said she was perfect, but the moment her mouth opens, the illusion is dispersed. Still, Sena's opinion of herself is extremely high, and she's vocal about her many gifts.
Her ego and life experience have also created a dismissive and superior attitude toward the opposite sex, and she finds herself only growing attracted to Kodaka after he stands up to her. Boys fawn and degrade themselves for an inch of her attention, making them easy to dismiss not only as the weaker sex but pathetic. In her search for friends, Kodaka aside, she never seeks out boys as possible options, both because of her disdain for them and because of the likelihood they'd have something else in mind. This isn't to say she can't become friends with guys, but her initial approach is disdain or to be dismissive.
Her love for cute girls is even greater than her disdain for overeager men. So far, her definition of cute seems to be broader when it comes to video game characters, but this does bleed into everyday life. When she finds a girl who fits her standards, she may forget about personal space. Of important note is Kobato, Kodaka's younger sister. She's noted as being especially cute, and Sena agrees she's much like the cute younger sister you often see in games and crosses the line several times in their interactions. While the interactions are creepy and over the top, they're not attempts at having sex so much having her idea of bonding twisted by a weird home life and video games. It's still creepy.
This isn't to say she likes all girls without fail. By default, she'll want to be friends with them. Her popularity with the boys has earned disdain with most of the other girls, often leaving her alone on school field trips or during class projects. Since playing games, she's probably more open to being friends with almost any girl...unless they reject her. Then they should go die. It's not something she'll actively seek to do herself so much as hard words she'll mutter before leaving. Likewise, the over-the-top fangirl attitude likely won't happen for every girl.
While the video games can say some things about Sena, there is also a divide between the character she plays and her real persona. For example, she works very hard for the girls in the game. With her desperation, I believe she'd be willing to work just as hard for a real friend, especially with proof that she doesn't mind doing work in other areas. However, while the games she plays are very sexual, Sena isn't very sexual herself. She does see the sex in games as being a bonding experience, not something as lewd and perverted. However, she's also embarrassed about being seen as naked in front of Kodaka.
There are hidden depths to her personality, however. Despite her seemingly natural perfection, Sena works very hard on things that don't come easily. Her competitive streak even has her foregoing an entire weekend's worth of sleep to level up on a game being played in the club, but instead of admitting hard work went into the chore, she pretends to be naturally gifted. The need to be impossibly perfect continues to be a running theme. That isn't to say she isn't unfairly gifted, but it's not to the impossible degree it may seem.
What may seem like a contrast to Sena's ego but is actually a result of too much pride, Sena can't always say what's on her mind. Most notably, she's hesitant about asking someone to spend time with her, and even when she wants to join in, she wants to be asked instead of having to ask. Though she loved the idea of going to karaoke, she's unable to ask if everyone wants to go. When they're exchanging cell phone numbers and Sena's yet to get a cell phone, she claims to be above it when in reality she's feeling left out. When she doesn't fall victim to this, it's because she's either thinking more casually (mentioning the desire to go swimming while playing a game), dresses it up as a favor to someone else (i.e. 'and I'll even be kind enough to share my number with Yozora'), or using it as a solution (inviting everyone to the beach house when the local pool is too crowded).
That said, she can also have moments of being willing to be more forward. Sena asks Kodaka to teach her how to swim and later, is even the first to make an active move in hopes of establishing a romantic relationship with him - if you don't count Rika's attempts to sleep with him.
Sena isn't the most emotionally strong individual, but she isn't quite as easy to bluster as it may seem on a casual viewing. When her pride is insulted, she responds in one of two ways: anger or tears. If it's a male, she'll likely brush them off but if they manage to bother her (either by fear or insults), she'll respond to the former, often flinging insults their way, even when it's a bad idea. The same is true for most females: at most, she'll get angry and fight back. However, certain individuals or situations earn tears. Yozora, for example, can often make her cry. Likewise, Kodaka seeing her naked is also enough to send her running in tears.
It's there was a picture for the trope of a genius who still lacked common sense, her picture would likely be included as a reference. In spite of scoring highest in her class, Sena can be naive and easy to trick... at least for some people. Sena actually has a decent distrust of most strangers so she isn't going to fall someone into a dark alley, but once she becomes close enough to someone, she loses all ability to think. Part of this is an exaggeration for comedy, but while the trait wouldn't have her walking naked through the city because a friend said it was what friends do, she does become very gullible and loses common sense for a 'friend' or potential 'friend'.
APPEARANCE
At 164 cm (5'4), Sena is tall by the standards of the typical Japanese girl. This is likely due to only being half-Japanese. This is also evidenced in her wheat-blond hair and large, very blue eyes. She's also a very curvy girl with exceptionally large breasts, a thin waist, and generous hips, so much so that it may be one of the first things people notice about her.
At school, she'll be found in her school uniform... unsurprisingly. Outside of school, she has a softly feminine taste with pastel or soft colors, accessories, and other choices that are obviously meant to align with good fashion choices.
I'll include some canon reference images. Clicking on a picture will take you to a larger version.
tba later.
this will look better when I do
For now, I'll space it like this so the picture doesn't clash with the abilities
What: Angst, hurt/comfort, dark, and recovery stories are among my favorite. I'm also open to fluff, slice of life, smut, gen, light-hearted, and most other genres. I like action enough to write fight scenes and for the occasional meme. I'd prefer crack to be limited, but I'm fine with comedic/fun threads.
Who: Canon, cross canon, LAs, OCs, etc are all welcome. Evil characters are just as welcome as nice, and there's no canon exclusion. Basically, if you're worried about tagging me, don't be. I'll work with you. The only exceptions are canon doubles.
As a rough example of what to expect if you interact with Sena: she'll try to befriend girls but will be rude if they reject her friendship. A select few girls will get fangirl moments. Without assumed CR, men should expect a rude or dismissive attitude.
Where: Sena defaults from the end of Season 1 of the anime. I can do Season 2 upon request. Sorry, I can't do the light novel as I've only seen bits and pieces. Maybe someday.
A note about AUs: I can AU her into another world within reason. She's a normal teenager so superhero canons would probably have her as the victim or bystander. I'm fine with that if that's what we're going for.
Want to AU him into Haganai but don't know how? Talk to me. I'll help with that, too.
When: I'm very flexible with this. Canonmates, we can work this out. For crosscanon, it depends on the meme. By default, I play her from Season 1, making her 17-years-old.
Shipping: Yes, please. I love me a ship. I do play Sena as bisexual with a default to men and a lack of boundaries for women.
Canonically, Sena does have a crush on Kodaka. His eventual response to her and some eternal thoughts, made more clear from the light novel, doesn't make it a favorite of mine. I'm definitely willing to play it, but it wouldn't be a 'love conquers all' type of ship without more development. While not canon, Yozora is another popular ship. I'm also fine with playing that if it's done so in a way that acknowledges it also likely wouldn't be a healthy ship. While I'd love to play with the other members, I don't really ship Sena with them.
For crosscanon, I'm pretty open. If the character is evil, it'll be a dark!ship instead of fluffy, but I'm down for it.
For shipping, I'd prefer 16+, but I do love me some age difference so I won't have an upper limit.
Type: In terms of personalities, men must be willing to stand up to her in order to be taken seriously but still be nice. For women... honestly, I can see any real friendship going there.
One-sided crushes are fine even if they don't meet the above criteria. Likewise, if you want to try and ship with Sena but don't know how, feel free to message me.
Smut: Also a yes, both canon and crosscanon. Smut will take asumed CR or buildup. A kinklist can be found here.
MISCELLANEOUS
Family: Father (Kashiwaki Tenma/Pegasus, alive), Mother (Unnamed, overseas), Half-sister (Stella; unknown to Sena in the anime; alive)
Sena attends Saint Chronica Academy and is class 2-3, different from Kodaka and Yozora. Her father (Papa) is also the chairman. Her only club is the Neighbor's Club. It also houses her Playingstates 3.
She intentionally got the same cellphone as Kodaka: a M61 by AU
We're given some names of the eroge games Sena has played. They include: Sacred Blackstar, Mofu? Mofu!, KiraSuki, and Saint Joe's Academy Tale. Games are given similar but different names from popular brands such as Playingstates 3 and Playingstates Portable. She's also played RPG Romancing Saga XIV, a VR game, thanks to Rika and Monster Hunter on the PSP.
Sena seems to have limited life experience. Before joining the Neighbor's club, she couldn't swim, had no cell phone, and had never been to karaoke.

SEXUAL JOKES CROSSING THE LINE - While played for laughs, some of the 'jokes' cross the line. For example, Yozora makes jokes about Sena being nothing but dumpster, says she deserves to be raped, and has one encounter that I consider crossing the line into sexual assault even if the anime doesn't treat it as such.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR - Sena's attitude around Kobato, who is 13-14, isn't appropriate. It isn't as sexual as it seems, it is a bad understanding of boundaries, but it is nonetheless understandably upsetting for Kobato and also crosses the line.
Please note for those who might be worried about this behavior around their character, it seems very Kobato-specific.
If you wish to opt-out of interactions with Sena, please comment here. If you want to leave a note, please feel free, but an explanation isn't required. For those interested in tagging with her but would prefer to avoid the topics discussed above, I can certainly work around them.
